First, you save in Prof. Elm's lab and get Cyndaquil. Do what Prof. Elm tells you to do. After you get
pokeballs, catch a pokemon and go to the Pokemon Center. Then, do the duplication trick.
Duplication Trick= 1. Deposit a pokemon(in this case, your starter) 2. Change Box 3. When it says
" SAVING, DON'T TURN OFF THE POWER..." , do it. After you do that again only with Totodile. Last,
get Chikorita, go to the Pokemon Center, look in your PC, and you'll have all 3 starters.
NOTE#1: The Duplication Trick works only in Gold/ Silver versions.
NOTE#2: Your first 2 pokemon won't end up in your pokedex.
