To obtain the regi's, you will need a wailord, a relicanth, and a pokemon with dig. You surf left from pacificaldog town and over the current, somwhere near the end of there is a diving place, (this can take lots of trys to find) dive down there and swim south until you find some brail on a wall, when you see that, go right in front of it and surface. you should now be in a cave of some sort with brail everywhere. Go to the brail on the far wall and use dig. this will open into another another room, in you go. you then go and read the brail at the far side of that room, there will be an earthquake and the regi doors will open!
REGICE:< BR> For regice you have to surf up from dewford town onto route 105, somewhere left of there is a small island with just enough room for you to go through, go in that gap, and surf up, you should come to a small cave. You have to read the brail and then walk around the cave staying close to the wall. the door should now open and you can fight regice, i would advise having a lot of ultra balls as it is lvl 40.
REGIROCK:< BR> Regirocks castle is the desert with a sandstorm, right at the bottom. in there you must read the brail and then take 2 steps left and 2 steps down, then use rock smash, the door will open and you can fight regirock, he also takes a lot of ultra balls.
REGISTEEL:< BR> Registeel is considerably harder to catch and can take more than 100 ultra balls, so be weary, his lair is just at the bottom of 120, you go up some stairs and through some grass, you should now see registeels castle. you go in, read the brail once more and then go right in the middle of the room and use flash. his door is now open!
