swim through the current near paficidlog. then dive unde you'll soon reach a little mound with some braille inscripted on it. use dive and then you'll find yourself in a cave .BE SURE TO HAVE A WAILMER AND A REMERITH.sorry! i forgot it's name! remerith is as close as it's gonna get but anyways go up to the wall and us dig. then walk up to the other wall in the room you just opened and use strength an earthquake will happen due to this. there are 3 caves that open. 1 cave you have to just stare at the wall DO NOT MOVE!another cave you have to run 2 laps around the perimeter of the cave and then the door will open. another cave you have to walk down two ,from the braille,andthen walk two steps right.yay! now you have access to all three regi. there is another way to do it in emerald though.

Get Rayquaza(my favorite pokemon)

Fly to Pacifidlog Town then surf left and up you should come to kinda like a rock maze in the water
then you will see a cave its called Sky Pillar go inside and you need the mach bike and lots of max repell if you dont want all the
lvl:48-60 pokemon to attack you and go up stairs and then get on your mach bike and pass the holes
after you get to Rayquaza save and you need at least 30-45 ultra balls(make sure you still have you master ball for latias)
and weaken it the it might use rest and while it does attk it till its low in the red then throw you ultra balls like hell!
i cought it in about 10 mins.(but i killed it sumtimes lol)watch out if hes at low hp and he used outrage because he might become
confused and kill himself so make sure that doesnt happen. i used all my balls

first of all guys never fall for any of these dumb cheats like 99 masterball or rarecandies the ppl that make them up r just lowlifes who thinks its fnny coz a little kid starts again and loses all there pokemon there just jealous me im m12 and hav 100 lvl hundreds and the daycare cheat actually dus work i hav used on my previous files but there stats wont be as strong but it dusnt work as goo on emerald coz ppl ring u up k thats all if any1 needs help just email me at bigdiddles@hotmail.com thnx for ur time

Deplucate Masterballs and hatch something different

Take your Masterball from Team Aqua's/Magma's hideout or the lottery in Lilycove City and make your starter pokemon hold it. (Mudkip,Marshtomp,Swamper t,Torchic,Combuskin,Blazi ken,Treeko,Grovyle,or Sceptile) If you have a male starter pokemon, catch a pokemon that is the same type but different gender and put it in the day-care center. They'll mate and have a egg without anything on it. You have to get a acro bike and go to any mudslidings (for mach bike) Keep trying to go up and it will hatch into any pokemon that has mated. You will see it is holding something. You might get a masterball, cleanse tag, hardstone, exp. share, exp. help, or a scroll from the future of the lottery ticket. one more thing you will get a bad egg that turns into Mis.Jirachi, Missingno///, BlaziMar, Swamrill, Sceptelia or an old timer from the contest center. More cheats i am the cheat master of all games

I have jirachi lvl 75 it starts out at lvl 5 it cant start out at lvl 100 like everyone says.It only starts out at 5 and ill tell you the attacks that my jirachi has:cosmic power, doom desire ( i really like that attack), double edge and psychic. If my jirachi learns any new moves ill post them. This pokemon is very confusing it learned rest twice!

Catch latias easily

catch a golbat or sableye about level 50 in sky pillar that know mean look.Buy at least 20 ultra ball,10 timer ball ,3 revive and 15 hyper potion .Look latias'area in pokedex and be patiened when looking for it.when you met latias,use men look so it cant' escape.Attack it until its'hp turns red.And then keep throwing the ultra ball and timer ball and the latias will be yours.(you must throw your ultra ball first and then timer ball cause timer ball will be more effective if more rounds taken in the battle.)
