There is a place where there is always a PCJ 600 to grab. First go to the greasy choppers place. Directly across the street there is two windows that can be broken. Break the window to the right and there will be a PCJ 600.

When your not in a vehicle use the girl atraction cheat and a load of girls will follow you. Then drive them or take them to a quiet place away from any roads and kill them to get their money.
