One-hit kill against hunters
 Rating: 79%
To kill hunters with little effort you'll need a human pistol. Wait for the hunter to lower his head and run towards you. When this happens, sidestep to the left or right, turn around, and shoot one shot from the human pistol at the bright orange spot on his back. If you hit the spot, he will die instantly.

On the first level cpt. keyes gives you a pistol. once you get far away from him the pistol will appear and you can now melee people. DON'T go back and melee or shoot cpt. keyes or cortana will "say the cheif has gone crazy take him out boys!" and your allyes will become ennymess and try to kill you and the bad news is you can loose health but they are invincible!

Secret Area On 343 Guilty Spark

IMPORTANT: {I did this cheat on the XBOX, so i a not sure if it will work on the PC, but it probobly will so try it and send results} On the level 343 Guilty Spark, at the start, before u get off the pelican, u have to start throwing grenades AS SOON AS IT WILL LET U. after u run out of grenades,u shood still be on the pelican!
Now u shood lift off and ride away. eventually the pelican will stop and u will be on some sort of hill.... u can walk all the way down the swamp part of the map....
This works in Single Player Campaign and Co-operative play.
I am SURE this will work. It did for me. (If you get off the pelican after u throw all your grenades...just keep pressing the grenade throw button after u run out.)

I don't have a cheat, but I do have a question. If Halo: Custom Edition is a Multiplayer game only, and you can't use the cheats in multiplayer, why are they there? There is no singleplayer to use them on! If you have seen something that I don't seem to get, please reply!

Force field!!!

What you will need is the map Geryphobia or something like that and then take a banshee and fly down to the pit.It will soon stop you and you will NOT be able to et out or else you will die. It allows you to get a really cool view! TRY IT!

Easy hunter killing

This is the best way i have found to kill hunters so far. Run up to a hunter, but make sure there is nothing behind you. When it charges to run at you, start backing up, but let it swing at you first. Once it does that, shoot it's open stomach for an instant kill. This trick can be easy or hard, depending on where you are. Also, make sure to be at just the right distance, because if you are too close, it will hit you.

Go on sidewinder go behind the base and you will see a tall tower thing. You get someone on
your team to get into a ghost and hit you when you are standing to the drivers right of the tower, then you will end up at the enemies base!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(only works on multiplayer)

Warning! This Easter Egg may require you to start the level again.
On the last level(The Maw) when Echo 419 gets shot down, go down aways until you see a tunnel on your right. Get out of the warthog and go through the tunnel on the right. You should be in a corridor with another corridor to your right. Go there. In this corridor there should be a grunt. He won't shoot you or anything. Go up to him and see what he has to say.

Cortana talks to no one

This glitch is very funny. first u need to get to the last part of assault on the cntrl room. then get a banshee and fly it into the tunnel that leads to the cntrl room. once all the covenant are killed, open the door that leads to it. then get into the banshee and just before the video starts(u need really good timing on this part) hop out. in the video Master Cheef gets squished by the banshee. some how Cortana gets to the panel and starts talking to no one. its very hard to do this however. u need perfect timing but the results are halarious. good luck.

Shoot enemy through wall

In multi-player mode, drive any Warthog close to a building so that the side of it is touching. Get in the gunners turret and turn it towards the wall. If done correctly and you are close enough, you should be able to to shoot at an enemy through the wall and not receive damage from them if they shoot back.

Fly high fun

this isn't really a cheat but a load of fun, make your own match with a few friends, make sure the map is blood gulch. now take a banshee and flip it upside down in the middle of the map. have one person find the rocket launcher and stand on the wing of the upside down banshee. NOTE: must be all the way on the wing but just on the end of it (if that made sense). now have the person standing on the wing shoot the rocket launcher at the other wing that is in the air kinda. they have to hit the very end of it with the rocket. and watch wat happens. if done correctly the person on the wing will fly very very very very high up into the sky and will land safely, amazingly, on the ground! enjoy!

Tips for Killing Elites in Legendary Difficulty

Here's a good way of killing elites or hunters in legendary. get a needler and some ammo and just unload it on an elite and watch the show --NOTE-- You have to get in close enough for the needles to find their mark, and the delay until they explode leaves you wide open for their plasma rifle, so bring a backup weapon.

For the hunters, unload an entire clip at their backs so the shot doesn't reflect off their shield and start shooting at them with another weapon while waiting for the needles to explode (or just sneak up on one and smack him in the back, and if you cant to that...a well placed plasma grenade to the head should weaken it, but it will most likely just piss it off.)

Hunter Tricks

Its like playing with a bull (a bull with a fuel-rod gun and a bad attitude) with a red flag. Wait for it to melee you and right before it hits you move out of the way and hit it in the back. Then jump out of the way so it doesnt kill you. This trick is very hard to do however, try and get behind one hunter so the other one shoots at you and hits the other one in the side...or head..or wherever it might hit it. i did this once and it killed the hunter.

Home made rocketlauncher!!!

get to plasma granades and throw one on the ground then throw another after right on front of it then the plasma granade go's flying and lands on the enemy then WALA!!! you got yourself one sexy home made rocket launcher. by the way it only works two times because you can onloy hold 4 so its like a real RL because it has only two clips

Glitches

Theres some glitches that I know..first get a hog into a base...next...have someone stand on the middle wall...then slowly, by tapping w, run into the person. when he is in the wall, tell him to step back, then hes outta the map. Also, Go to the middle of the map(almost) you will see a rock witch is carved out like a stick reverse the back to it it will almost toch it get out the car and in to the turrut the gun on the back). then look up at the sky (not facing the rock!) UP at the mountions opiset way of the rock and aim up withe the rocck press e to get out and if it dosent work try adjusting the angle of the car. Theres ways to get up onto some cliffs, but im too lazy to say em...mebbe next time
