when taking the car to the garage, on entering the city keep going straight, there is an alley straight ahead, you can go down it and through gates that swing open, keep going straight, there is another short cut, hang right then left and then back onto the main road, left and right and you've a straight run to the first bridge

Mission: Kill the councilor

Go to the second floor to the back of the boat. Right click the bathroom door that has a sign on it. Go back to the firt floor to find the captain. Right click on the captain to talk to him, you will have to talk to him twice. After he gives you the key go to bathroom on the first floor and pick up the bucket. Proceed back to the bathroom on the second floor and right click. Choose to clean the bathroom and when your done right click again to pick up the gun. Press "I" and drop the bucket. Press "H" to hide weapon and go back to the first floor to find the captain. When you find the captain right click to give back his keys. Go to the front of the ship and wait for the councilor to give his speach. While councilor is giving his speach punch the guy on the first floor who is sea sick to get him away from the railing. When he runs off stand on metal incline on the front bow of the ship so you have a good shot. Three bullets to the back will finish him off. Escape to the railing where the sick guy was standing and right click. You will have escaped on to the boat!!!

Kill the councilor

When you get to kill the councilor on the steamboat, you could just forget about picking up the key and so .. that's too much of a hassle :) Just get to toilet with sign that says you'll need to get a key from the skipper. Walk to the skipper, talk to him and proceed to the place where the band is playing. The band will stop and the councilor will come out with his guards. When he is talking stand behind him and hit him a few times on the back. All the guards will be shooting at you, with the councilor as a human shield. If he doesn't die at once keep running around him, so that the guards will shoot him for you. After he dies, escape using rescuing boat.

Free Lassiteer V16 roadster

Go into free ride mode and choose City-Small and any car. Drive around in the "working quarters" (the industrial district) until you find a two story car park (garage) next to a building with a sign that reads "Lost Heaven Hardware Co.". Drive up the ramp to the second level. In the corner, there should be a large green car. Walk over and get in. It is unlocked and you do not need to know how to steal it in order to so. This car is fast and is very rare. You will receive money for driving it dangerously fast without crashing. If you do crash, it is very durable and will be able to withstand a lot of damage. If you have trouble finding it, it is the cement two level car-park in the work quarters next to a main road with trolley tracks running on it. This is also the main road that goes under the train tracks and runs past the grain silos.

GET GRENADES

At the Lost Haven Harbor on level 16 you "lucky bastard".Go near the train and you'll find a box of grenades.Go up to the box and take as many grenades as you want.(WARNING)there are only a simple amount of grenades in the box and plus there are some gangsters guarding the train.Makesure to kill the sneaky guy in the the middle of the train.Kill them quikly and get the grenades you want to help with your mission, so good luck.

on the end of the road between oakwood and down town it forms an l sort of shape....it is actually a hotel or something....behind that is a sea view site with stairs leading to the bank....down there when u face the sea there is a white board on ur left reading "censored" behind it is a girl....ya ya i know u wanna see her....u can reach her from that cliff climbing it from above the stairs....keep to the left on the mountain.....the lady is in a red lingrie tied to a pole with a big lock on it....i have tried but couldnt get her free....:(

Leave cars running

When your on a mission(or whatever) and have to jump into the car and drive away, you should have it running.. To do this you jump out of the car, then back into it, start it, and instantly jump out again.. If sucessfull the car should be left with the engine running.. Now when you jump back in again, you can drive away without starting it..

Creme De La Creme (Mission 16)

Creme De La Creme (Mission 16) I guess this is a cheat. I keep the pedal down and followed him out of town up a mountain side and we got to a bridge and it went to a cut scene his car had one tire hanging of the bridge and we rammed him ( all in the cutscene). I was thinking damn that was an easy mission. All driving all with 100% health.

Kill the snipers

Once you are in the Lost Heaven port, you can easily kill snipers on the red cranes. Take a truck or any mean you allow to get the crane base fast and covered. Ride off the truck and look up pointing the sniper on the top. Don't worry about the other sniper, he won't shoot you. First shoot the nearest sniper and you'll find out that the farest sniper is falling down to the ground misteriously. You may use any weapon, no need to use the US Rifle.

SHOOT SNIPERS AT HARBOR

Sneak around the watchtowers in the cargo areas around the back on level 16 you lucky bastard.There will be a small storage/shed house with two gangsters guarding the front and one inside the house.Kill them and you'll find a some kind of scope sniper rifle.Get the the weapon and stand at the very front of the warehouse.At that angle you'll see all the watchtowers with all the snipers.With snipering skills you should be able kill all of them from agodd and safe distance.This is a good thing because the snipers inflict quite a bit of damage and with them gone you'll have no problems.Warning you must kill alot of Morellos gangsters to acheiv this point so good luck.

To gain money you have just to drive to countryside, to gain 100$ every 2 seconds, just drive above 70 mph, drive only 80, longer you will gain money and less % to crash somewhere with car and lose life, driving to countryside is good, besause when it loads you have fixed car and saved game totaly free, so when you die u can retry.
