beat the game 200 times in build up mode using master roshi and after thats complete save and reset and at the title screen hold L2 and press left left righ right x x x x x x o o o o o o o o square 26 times and press start and every character will be availiable and u can see all the cheats and unlock new places (settings that you fight in) such as planet namek having an earthquake and a graveyard where super baby vegeta appears and you fight and win to unlock all dragon ball GT characters and many more things ACTUALLY WORKS TRUST ME IVE DONE IT TONS OF TIMES
