get the gnome cheat,motives cheat,and money cheat then get a whole bunch of money and buy skill raising stuff if ur sims motives go down to where the sim wont work on skills anymore then just go to the gnome and put in all motives,(this works best if u stay at moms house untill u have all skills filled in).

2 get a skilled sim first,u need 2 have a sim{child} then move him or her 2 a house then (make a house-not needed) save the game and exit after that go 2 the child's house then edit him or her then make him or her an adult then there u have it a new skilled sim!
