during gameplay select the player you wish to buy, go to actions and attempt to loan the player by paying 100% of their wages; if the loan is acepted put the loaned player straight into your youth team, go to actions and it will say "sign playey" you may then offer them a contract without paying a transfer fee.

offer a player that you dont want to all the clubs in the the world for a figure much higher than there value and 80 percent of the time someone will bid.(eg) i offered laurent robert to everybody for 20 million (bearing in mind he is only worth 4 million) and low and behold chelsea bought him.i did the same with most of my newcastle players and 2 month later i had the brazilian international team playing for me.
