There are 2 main places to make sure you save and do not delete or overide the file when you save. First before you go into Hangar 24 in the Arcology Air Terminal before you open the door to take on the Scientist and Military bots save it (write down the time and place if you need to) Do this b/c you are accompianed by an Illuminatti Comando and he will rush over to Paul Denton's cell and kill him ending the chance of seeing one of the three endings ( The Templar). Soon as you enter run to Paul and hack into the security device and select revive Paul. Doing so causes the comando to open fire on you b/c you just betrayed him so make sure before you hack into the computer you have a suitable weapon such as your Mag Rail or SMG. When leaving and you head for the ladder to the Piolot beacon stop at the entrance and toss a couple of concussion grenades up above if you have them b/c there is another commando up there waiting on you.
Save there just to insure you get Paul Alive and just in case you accidently delete or overide another save later.

The 2nd place to save is before you get ready to upload the "Aquinas Specification" at the lower level of UNATCO on liberty island. This is the main save because here you choose who you are going to upload the Aquinas Specification to (Illuminatti's, Templars, or J.C. Denton) regardless of who you have previously allegiance to. :: note :: if you choose to kill Paul Denton in the first save you cannot upload to the templars becuase they did not want you to kill him.

Simply pick; if you pick any other than J.C. Denton then you are going to have to fight J.C. and Paul (2 hits each to kill)

Save it before you destroy the machine so that you can watch all three endings and not have to go through all the trouble of fighting.

Using the Rocket Launcher

Close to the end of the game you finally get to use the rocket launcher. Close to end you come into contact with the Templars Military bots and they do not die very easily. It takes to hits to kill them. First off your right trigger fires the main gun, the left trigger fires a round and the screen immeadiately goes to the view like your looking through your sniper rifle. When it does this you are free to move the missle in any direction you want. When you spot a Military bot and usually they roam in pairs and if you go unnoticed they stand perfectly still line up your sights perfect to him and let off a missle using the right trigger and immeadiately fire with the left trigger and do not bother trying to guide it unless the bot moves and the bot will die before he even has a chance to get a shot off at you (they are also carrying rocket launchers and/or flame throwers. If you fire using the left trigger amd you miss pull up and circle around again and try and hit it from behind do it quickly though or else the rocket will run out of fuel and die in mid air.
