go to down town los santos and find the really tall building thats round, get a motorcycle or bicycle of some sort, drive into the door with thr yellow ray near it, you should be able to go up there, you will be on the roof, get off abd find the parachute abd equipe it, once you get one the bike go to one of the corners, opisite of the one your at, there is a tiny ramp big enough for bke wheels, well i think you know where this is going, drive off at full speed and stay on for a few seconds and when you feel you should exit with y( or triangle for ps2 )and then press b( or square for ps2 )to activate your parachute, you'll land saftely to the ground, but if you pull it to late you get wasted.Trust me it's worth it.
